Damaged Products Policy

If you receive a damaged item, a complete unboxing video (from package opening to showing the damage) is required.
Once verified, we will arrange a return or exchange within 7 business days.

Customized Products Policy

Accurate measurements must be provided when placing a customized order. Refer to our Size Guide for help with measurement instructions. No exchange, return, or refund is offered for customized items unless the product is received damaged.
